Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and educator with over 25 years of experience supporting children, families, and schools in building meaningful, lasting skills for life.

Specialized in evidence-based behavior support, social-emotional learning, and individualized education, with a focus on helping every child access learning, communicate effectively, and thrive in home, school, and community settings.

Services include functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, parent and teacher coaching, and collaborative problem-solving that respects each child’s strengths, culture, and unique needs.

By coordinating clinical teams, optimizing schedules, and refining internal processes, the Director of Operations helps build a seamless experience that allows therapists to focus on meaningful, evidence-based treatment. Families benefit from clear communication, organized services, and a welcoming atmosphere that supports long-term progress.

Skilled in ABA-specific technology, the Director of Operations implements and manages advanced tools designed to track data, monitor progress, and personalize treatment plans. This expertise extends to training therapists, technicians, and support staff on how to use these systems effectively, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across all programs.

Bethaida, the Director of Therapeutic Treatment, is a caring and passionate leader dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and healing environments for children. With over 10 years of hands-on experience working directly with children, this role focuses on guiding therapeutic programs that support emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth.

Drawing on extensive field experience, the Director collaborates closely with therapists, counselors, and support staff to design and implement evidence-based interventions. The goal is to ensure that every child receives individualized care that respects their unique story, strengths, and needs.

A key part of this role is helping staff become more skilled and confident in supporting children. Through coaching, training, and ongoing supervision, the Director of Therapeutic Treatment builds strong, knowledgeable teams that are equipped to respond with empathy, consistency, and professionalism.

By combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion, the Director works to transform challenges into opportunities for growth, resilience, and long-term well-being for children and their families.
